  • Our cleaning services are tailored to each individual space, as we know everyone has unique needs and preferences. We will start based on the square footage and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms in your home. From there, you can add customizations to ensure you get exactly the clean you’re looking for!

  • At the time of booking your service, you will submit the card information with which you wish to pay. Upon completion of the clean, your card on file will be charged for the amount discussed at the time of booking and a receipt will be emailed to you.

    • Any area in the home that is considered or has the potential to be considered a bio-hazard will not be cleaned (such as - emptying/cleaning cat litter boxes, human/animal excrement, etc.).

    • Nothing higher than can be reached with a 2-step ladder

    • Anything under or around furniture over 15 lbs

    • To help us provide the best possible clean, we recommend having the home picked up as much as possible so our team can easily access all areas and thoroughly clean the space.

  • Absolutely! We want to help keep your home clean, enjoyable, and stress-free as often as you’d prefer. We’ll help create a schedule that fits your lifestyle and cleaning needs, with our routine basic services available weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your cleaning appointment. In the event of a cancellation within this 24 hour window, a fee of $79 will be charged to the card you placed on file at the time of booking. We thank you for your understanding!

  • We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule your clean. Simply give us a call or send us a text at (480)-648-8492 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service and we will happily reschedule you!

  • Me•Si clients provide us with a key, garage code or door code to access their home, along with an alarm code if applicable. A $79 lock out fee applies if we cannot gain access to the home.

  • You do not need to be home for your cleaning services. Simply provide us with access and we’ll take care of the rest!

  • Yes! We are insured/bonded for your peace of mind.

  • At Me•Si Cleaners, you can rest assured knowing your home is in good hands with our professional, detail-oriented cleaning team. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and if you are unhappy with any part of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
